Delphine has extensive experience in business law, particularly M&A and private equity.
Delphine serves a clientele of French and international industrial groups and family businesses, providing assistance with devising and implementing growth strategies, organising shareholder relations and addressing governance issues. She also regularly assists investment funds and management teams in strengthening or structuring their investments and organizing their divestments.
Delphine provides assistance with all types of M&A transactions, investments, business combinations and carve-out transactions and has specific expertise in mid-cap companies and family groups and the healthcare and new technology sectors.
Member of the Paris Bar since 1998, Delphine graduated from the Paris Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Economic et financial section) in 1996 and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne.

Pierre is a tax lawyer expert in M&A, private equity and corporate restructuring.
With more than 20 years of expertise in tax law, Pierre started his career in 1999 at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre law firm before joining Landwell/PwC (in Paris and London). He worked at STCPartners since the firm’s foundation in 2005 and became a partner in 2008. In January 2020, he co-founded BERRYLAW.
Pierre advises clients (French and international groups and investment funds) in connection with their acquisitions, asset disposals and internal restructuring.
His expertise covers the tax aspects of transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings) and the tax litigation matters. His practice also includes advising corporate executives in connection with management incentive plans.

Stéphanie is a tax lawyer dedicated to private equity, business restructuring and real estate transactions.
Member of the Paris Bar since 2005, Stéphanie began her career at De Pardieu Brocas Maffei law firm before moving to STCPartners in 2011, then co-founding BERRYLAW in 2020.
An expert in transaction tax law, Stéphanie advises French and international clients on tax matters related to transaction structuring and financing (tax due diligence, structuring, SPA negotiation).
She also has extensive experience in corporate tax management and helps French and international groups resolve their tax issues (tax consolidation, optimisation of taxable earnings, cash flow tax, non-recurring transactions, tax audits and management packages).

Romain has been practicing for more than 15 years in business law and particularly in Private Equity.
After several years spent in leading Parisian business law firms, Romain co-founded in 2014 MF2A, a boutique firm dedicated to Private Equity and M&A. In 2023, MF2A joins BERRYLAW to enrich the offer of high value-added legal services to entrepreneurs and investment funds on the SMID cap segment.
Romain has developed a strong expertise in fundraising and assists investment funds, family offices and shareholders of start-up companies in equity transactions, in seed, venture or cap-dev phases. He also assists his clients in mergers and acquisitions, exits and corporate restructuring, giving priority to rigor and creativity on the legal front as well as proximity and availability on the human front.

Jérôme began his career in international law firms (Herbert Smith Freehills in Paris and London, then Kahn & Associés) where he advised French and international companies in the context of their acquisition or fund raising operations.
In early 2010, Jérôme participated in the creation of Novescia, where he was General Counsel and member of the Executive Committee for 4 years. During this period, Jérôme was in charge of several dozen acquisitions of medical laboratories. He actively participated in the structuring of one of the French leaders in medical biology.
He founded in 2014 the boutique MF2A with Romain Franzetti .
Meeting BERRYLAW and sharing a common vision led them to join the firm.
Jerome has developed a particular expertise in the field of health and structures practicing in the regulated field (biology, radiology, veterinary clinic, etc).

Etienne manages our employment law department and provides legal advice and litigation services to help resolve your HR issues.
A practising lawyer since 1998, Etienne started his career at a US law firm before joining De Gaulle Fleurance in 2003 to set up the firm’s employment law department. He later helped set up and develop the employment law departments of Granrut, then STCPartners law firms. In January 2020, he co-founded BERRYLAW.
Backed by his track record, Etienne’s expertise covers both individual (hiring, contract termination, pay, etc.) and collective issues (company agreements, internal rules of procedure, staff representatives, etc.). He assists company directors and HRDs find practical solutions to their most pressing needs.
He also advises the other members of the firm in settlement matters related to all aspects of employment law.
Etienne holds a Master II in international business law and a Master II in international law from Aix-Marseille III University. He also holds an LLB from University College London.

Alison has a solid expertise in corporate law and M&A.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Alison began her career with STCPartners. Before working for a number of international and French law firms, she joined BERRYLAW in 2021.
Alison’s practice focuses on LBO transactions, the issuance of complex legal instruments (preferred shares, redeemable and/or exchangeable bonds, bonus shares, etc.), as well as private equity.

Keppler advises and litigates in the fields of real estate and construction law and litigation.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, after having completed several internships with French law firms, and after an initial collaboration with Archers, Keppler joined BERRYLAW as an associate.
